Fin or Hydrofoil pockets for an OCA Full Cover.
If you have a purchased an aftermarket fin or hydrofoil & fitted to the cavitation plate on your outboard we can make a fin or hydrofoil pocket in our full covers to cater for this. We can either add it into a new cover when you order the full cover online & select “Have you fitted a fin/hydrofoil to the Cavertation Plate” then select the one you have fitted or fill in the diagram if not listed. Or we can design a “pocket” to suit on one of our existing covers.
Costs vary depending on the size of the motor and the type of fin fitted. All fin pouches are fully enclosed within the leg of the full cover to protect both the fin and the bottom of the outboard leg.
Below are some examples of what a Fin or Hydrofoil looks like. We have the patterns for most models but if not we can make the pocket to measurements provided by you. We make new designs for “fin/hydrofoils” regularly to keep up with the demand from customers, so just because you fin/hydrofoil is not shown here does not mean we don’t have it already!
