With the addition of our new Polysoft® P2 fabric we are now able to offer an extended warranty as STANDARD – something no other cover maker is able to do. The warranty is in 2 parts, see below for details and terms:-

Printed logos we offer a 12 month warranty on these, but the manufacture of the inks/media has stated they should last for years. The trouble with printing is if you use soaps and chemicals (in any manner) on them they will break down over time and fade. We would recommend a UV spray applied at least once a year. We have done our own tests and in 3 years of the equivalent Miami sun the printing has not moved or faded when using cold water once ever 3 months.
Another common complaint is customers scratching or having something rub against the logos this will also break them down. We will look at claims under 12 months and every other claim ‘case by case’ should the above not have been done.
|This warranty does not cover accidental damage, incorrect use or abuse & everyday wear and tear and only applies to non-commercial users.
All warranty claims should be submitted by email using the form below. You MUST include your original order number and images of the claimed damage. We will review your claim and in most cases ask for the cover/s to be returned for inspection.
DO NOT return any covers until a ‘return authorization form’ has been emailed to you.
OCA and it’s Distributors reserve the right to withdraw this warranty at any time. Statutory rights not affected.
