Outboard Covers ends 2020 with record export sales.
Outboard Covers and Accessories (OCA) is the world’s leading supplier of custom-fitted engine covers.
From its roots supplying engine covers to the Australian fishing market, the company has grown to be a globally approved supplier to all the main outboard manufacturers. It has gained Australian Trusted Trader status, as well as being placed on the Global Suppliers Database with Yamaha Motor Corporation, Brunswick Marine, Suzuki Motor Corporation and Oxe Outboards.
Building on existing commercial relationships and the desire for locally made products, OCA has secured new business to return record export and domestic sales in 2020.
OCA’s is extremely proud of its Australian heritage, covers are manufactured in their own factory in Perth, Australia employing local, skilled labour. The increase in sales has led to further staff recruitment and a doubling of the factory space.
With the introduction of new technology and processes, OCA is also helping motor manufacturers with other cover-based projects, further enhancing its partnerships with the industry’s leading manufacturers and promoting an original, Australian made product.
The ‘Special Products’ department has also developed specalised solutions such as heated covers, IRR shielding and sound insulation for a range of international military and commercial users who trust them to deliver on time and in budget.
